I am not a bag person, or so I thought.  Moving to a new place proved me wrong.

As I was clearing my decks of earthly possessions (a.k.a happiness), it came as a big surprise to me that I have a considerable number of bags. It sure looks few and far between when not in a pile. And because a garage sale was in order I was able to put up for sale those that I haven’t used for a long time. Nonetheless, despite giving up almost half of the stockpile, I still have a decent amount of bags for someone who claims not to be a bag person. As I arranged those of what’s left, a sudden craving for bags surfaced. My materialistic self wants bags pronto! Aside from that impulse, I think I really need to add a little color to my bags as almost everything is either brown, nude or black. I have one in red, one yellow, one in silver, one in gold and absolutely nothing in white! Unacceptable. Had I been as rich as the Olsens, right that moment I would have gone totally bonkers online shopping. I’ll order the Balenciaga City Motorcycle in all colors, then all the Celine Totes ever conceived, next will be the turquoise Prada Gauffre, then all the other bags ever photographed in the arms of Nicole Richie, everything with a hint of being an over-sized clutch and finally all different forms and styles of anything satchel or satchel-ish. A girl can dream and I sure dream big.
